If using Microsoft Outlook, you need to use the same bitness version that Outlook is using.  ie.  If you use the 32 bit version of Oulook, you&39;ll need the 32 bit version of HelpMaster. This issue may occur after upgrading to any version greater than HelpMaster v10 which uses the Microsoft Dot.Net Framework v3.5 SP1.
